The files with mp4 should work with Quicktime. Google quicktime and you can download a free windows version there on the official site.

About the mov. ones, as far as I know they all should go with Quicktime, don't they?

Edit: I downloaded one and tested. Yes, they work with quicktime

That's just normal, because the most editing programms don't use mp4 or you have to register first if you want to use them (these ones I know, I'm pretty sure expensive pro programms don't have that). So the best is to convert them in the end file you need, for example avi or mpeg or what works for your programm. Google something like media convert and you should find a converter you can use free via web, without installing something etc. Just search and find one that works for you.

Try this free converter to get from mp4 to avi/mpeg:
